Roger Nordby

Roger Nordby is available to work with clients as an interim member of management. As an example, Roger served as interim CEO of Biometrics Identification, Inc and was instrumental in the sale of the Company to Bioscrypt, a publicly traded Company on the Toronto Stock Exchange. In addition to working with Scheinrock Advisory Group, Inc., Roger is currently President and CEO of Nordby Investments.

From April 1998 to 2001 he was President and CEO of GET Manufacturing (Mountain View, Calif.). While at GET, Roger increased the Company's revenue from $25 million to $250 million and the net income from $1.5 million in 1998 to $20 million. Roger handled the sale of GET to a publicly traded company.

From 1994 to April 1998, he was at Packard Bell as Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman. Mr. Nordby was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations of Maxtor (1991-1994) in San Jose, California, where he managed over 8000 employees located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Colorado and California, with a $900 million annual budget. Prior to this position, he worked for Intel (1975-1991), where his last position was Vice President and General Manager, Contracting and Memory Division (1987-1991). Mr. Nordby received his B.S. from San Jose State University in 1968, and MBA from Golden State University in 1972.

Roger also serves on the Board of Directors of Tornado Development, Inc.
