As Vice President of Scheinrock Advisory Group, Marian Joh is an integral part of all projects for the Group’s clients. Her background with various organizations has uniquely equipped her with financial expertise and creativity. Before joining Scheinrock Advisory Group, Ms. Joh was one of the initial employees at Kistler Aerospace Corporation, where she served as the Senior Financial Analyst as well as having designed and implemented a financial model and business plan, enabling the company to raise $325 million in private investments. Ms. Joh’s visionary planning expertise has rendered her a key player in the coordination of due diligence for various investor groups and in the selection of investment bankers, insurance advisors and attorneys for companies such as Ball Semiconductor and for Lockheed Martin and their VentureStar Program.
From July 1999 to June 2002, in addition to serving as Vice President of Scheinrock Advisory Group, Ms. Joh served as Vice President of Strategic Planning for Tornado Development Corporation. In this capacity, Ms. Joh was responsible for developing strategic initiatives to improve Tornado’s position in the widening electronic messaging marketplace.
Ms. Joh also serves as Chairman of Andrews Space and Technology.
